Abstract and Full Paper – Submission

All presenting authors are required to submit an abstract to be eligible to present at the conference. The submitted abstract will be reviewed and only those receiving acceptance notification are invited to present during the conference.

For authors with accepted abstract, they must declare whether they would like to proceed with full paper submission or not for the proceeding publication (the publication fee will be charged separately from the participation fee (presenter or non-presenter)).


Abstract Submission

General guidelines:

The abstract must be within the range of 150 – 200 words. The paper must fit into at least one of the conference’s topics. Pick at least 3 keywords relevant to the abstract. The corresponding author must include all other contributing authors, if the number of authors changes after the abstract submission the committee must be informed along with the reasoning. The authors’ current affiliation and email must be supplied in the abstract submission form.

Full Paper Submission

General guidelines:

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

  • Research Paper
  • Case Study
  • Systematic Literature Review

For the participants who do not wish to publish their paper, you are welcome to participate as a presenter and you are only required to submit an abstract.
